Evil Presence is primarily a swampwalk enabler. Bog Wraith and Zombie Master are no longer restricted in effectiveness by the colors your opponent is playing. It turns swampwalk creatures from sideboard cards to main deck nightmares.

A very nice 1-drop enchantment that pairs with any swamp walking creature and/or mana destruction tactics. You could also use it to convert one of your own lands if you're in desperate need of black mana.
A few notable combos:
Zombie Master - Every zombie you play will walk right past him.
Leshrac's Rite - Throw this on a gigantic creature and he's unblockable.
Stalker Hag - At a paltry 3CC, she brings 3 damage every turn to the other player.
Nighthaze - Swampwalk + a draw, great combo.

@ Gruesomegoo - Actually, no it isn't. Agreed, Urborg is more fun and harder to deal with, but if the opponent isn't playing black this hoses them a land as well.
