He is a fantastic 3 for one all by himself. Good to use with greater gargadon although I used him for a good synergistic repeated effect with wort, boggart auntie.

I'm replacing my Dragon Fodder with this guy for my casual goblin deck.
Strictly better, imo, and not to mention my Quest for the Goblin Lord gets pumped three times.

Nearly every card in Time Spiral block was a throwback to at least one previously printed card.

This card references the card Goblin Marshal. Moggs are mutated, stronger, stupider goblins from the artificial plane of Rath, first seen in the Tempest block.
