umm... yes?

instant game-lock, just add water, i mean token-maker. oh hi sliversmith!
yes sliversmith makes you discard too, but just make your token when YOU draw, and sac it when THEY draw. board wont change, if you're playing slivers right you should have the upper hand.

not to mention sliver queen

not "game-breaking" by any means, but an easy 4/5

Cheap and easy instant-speed discard isn't hurting my feelings.
Hell, I'd play it even if it wasn't a creature.

This and gemstone sliver are best friends. With some careful work you can quickly ensure your opponent never gets another card. Instant speed discard is always powerful.

I was thinking of using this one in my Discard deck just as a discarding creature completely ignoring the fact that its a sliver. Pretty solid card!

This card is underrated in my opinion. This is one of the few instances of instant-speed discard. You can shut your opponent down for turns if you have a token generator like Brood Sliver or Sliver Queen. Great first turn drop, gets buffed by other slivers, then use its ability late in the game to make your opponent discard the card he/she just drew.

Because it hits you and isn't at random, I have to say I probably would never use this when I could use Mindwhip Sliver. Still, the comparison between them is rather interesting, and as has been said by many a player, Timespiral was a...weird block.
