Nope, because Boiling Seas doesn't target at all. :) It will destroy these, though. If a card says "Island", it means "land with the subtype 'Island'". If it meant the card Island in particular, it would say "Destroys all lands named Island". Boiling Seas would also destroy Breeding Pool, Underground Sea, or every land if Stormtide Leviathan is out. :)
