I demand this guy's creature type to become Human Wizard Survivor. The Alliances card Varchild's War-Riders, creates Survivor creature tokens so it is a valid type and it is in its name.

Great fun as top card with Skill Borrower out.
Tap the Borrower, draw two cards (one of them being Survivor of the Unseen obviously).
Then put either the Survivor back on top to draw an extra card next turn, or put any other card in your hand on top that works nicely with Skill Borrower, like Phyrexian Devourer, Arcanis or Merieke Ri Berit.
(If you have something like Cephalid Inkshrouder in hand, you can even surprise your opponent by using the draw ability in response to removal, then activate the Inkshrouder's ability to save your Burrower.)
And likewise Necrotic Ooze can also grant you a huge card advantage (two cards just as if the Survivor would be in play, since in that case it isn't on top of your library).
4.0 just for the potential the card gets when you can circúmvent her cúmulate upkeep.
(Regrettably that one is really high,... (see all)

It taps for a mini Brainstorm. I would use this in an instant if not for the upkeep...

Recently did my first Coldsnap draft. I drafted a deck with 15 pieces of removal or so (and believe me, I'm not exaggerating), and I went 3-1. The one other guy who went 3-1 drafted a Counterbalance, along with FIVE of these guys. It's funny how it actually worked.

Thousand-Year Elixir and other activated ability boosters allow you to simply drop her, spam the ability, and pay the upkeep either once or not at all and still get solid usage.

Very nice with the newest set, Avacyn Restored. Not only does it give her Miracle cards, which she can put on the top of the library at the end of an opponent's turn, so that one will be able to utilise their feature easily, but it also introduces more flicker effects, in the form of cards such as Cloudshift and Ghostly Flicker, which resets her cumulative upkeep counters! I give her 3.5/5

This is actually very good if you can give it haste (normally through red cards like Anger and In the Web of War). Brainstorm, then brainstorm again next turn before the upkeep triggers, and still be able to do it again next turn if you pay the 2. All for 2U.
Also, Mode's idea is pure genius.

If it weren't for the cumulative upkeep, this card might have been pretty decent.

Nice idea but just too expensive and weak. I might have played it if it was 1/5 or something.

I wish it would discard to the graveyard instead of the libary, that would make this card so much better. Ah well, it still nets you a card I guess.
