I remember this was really good in blue vs. blue matchups. Comes down fast, you go about counter war business with your opponent, only difference is they go down a card every turn.

Would work great in a Ninja deck or any sort of draw deck or any sort of deck that can give you more control while you eat up their hand..
Yah. Stick some cephalid constables or whatever and they're bouncing their own permanents and you make them discard 'em!
You can also run red blue with a generic shocker or the barbed variation for some painful discard and draw.
