@Dacen Octavio: While I'm not a rules expert, my understanding is that the Seer's ability would have to finish resolving before you could activate Miracle, at which point it would be too late seeing as it would be in your graveyard. Then again, I could be wrong.
The first combo that comes to mind with this is Feral Deceiver, but that's because I like making use of bad cards.

I actually run four of this in my G/B/U dredge deck. Sure there's tons of other ways to go about getting the dredge engine started, and I'd really prefer Sylvan Library for instance.
Still, it's satisfying to play this on Turn 2, then a Bonded Fetch on Turn 3, it always gives me a great start.

Going to use her in my Lorescale Coatl based draw deck. With Sensei's Divining Top almost always out, I can stack the deck to make sure she only draws lands.

Hmm... Do you think she would be useful with Courser of Kruphix?

If you're running a Retrace deck, this is kind of helpful. Can also help with Landfall if you need it to. Not good enough though to be playable in most decks.

She's in the Planar Chaos reanimator pre-con, and that's where she shines: reanimator.
Not bad for more budgeted Dredge decks.
Doesn't hurt that its awesome art, and teases me relentlessly to a future set in Rabiah.
