You people are unpleasable. This card gets rid of almost any problem, and can be used against any deck. Seriously. There isn't a deck out there that doesn't have a non-white permanent. This is WHITE land destruction, white CREATURE distruction, WHITE planeswalker destruction. You know, those three things that white tend to have trouble dealing with directly?

It might be rated lower than Desert Twister because white often has more ways to deal with permanents than green.

Better than it used to be, since it can now be used to nuke non-white Planeswalkers... ouch.
Obviously expensive, but massive flexibility makes up for a lot of it.
