Calls back all Orinthopters for a turn to give your Storm Crow a hit.
Nah, its an amazing card. Hurkell's Recall but more main-deckable due to the cycling ability. Lets you pull back cards that are hard to untap like Grim Monolith, as well as things like Moxes. Brutal with Mychosynth Lattice.

"Remand. Cheaper, but has no cycling. Up to you, really."
I think you meant Retract. Or Hurkyll's Recall.

Very good. Can sweep an opponent's artifacts or return all your Moxes so you can Storm in for the win.

Underrated around here. Works well with Mirrodin block cards and it cycles. Some people have taken to using mana-producing Myrs in what would ordinarily be land slots in their decks. I've messed their day up with Rebuild. Instant speed, so you can do it after they're tapped out and then they might end up having to discard some of them. Can also bounce your artifacts that have favorable triggered abilities when entering the battlefield. One good turn deserves another.

That'll teach you to use Artifact Lands!

Bad flavourwise, the artifacts disappear when they are returned to their owner's hand (see evacuate), should be called vanish or something. (rebuild should return artifacts from graveyard to hand/play (see protomatter powder).

Gosh I love cycling.
"Can I use this card? No? Okay let me go grab another"
Toolbox decks are the best =D

I include this in most blue commander builds to disrupt artifact based decks. Very powerful when needed, and cycle it away when not.
