its one of those "meh" commons that can be hilariously annoying if played right in the casual environment.
Make a deck that makes him the star, then watch as your friends want to trade you for the cards from that deck.

In my casual EDH group, everyone plays green. Cards like this I like to use just to mix things up by making people do favors for me to enable their creatures to go unblocked by other players.
