Kira, Great Glass-Spinner (autocard does not work due to censor) is nice with this and it's blue counterpart, granting your creatures effective shroud.
Also, dropping this before or after (generally before) a Wrath of God is a good way to ensure your opponent doesn't catch up quickly, especially if they are playing swarm decks or similar aggro. Keep a few instant-speed removal spells behind to deal with the creatures that slowly drip out.

Arcane Laboratory, while having the same function, is preferred by me, simply because blue in itself has more ways to counter/shut down an opponent than white. Although if one plays WU control, either enchantment works out well.

Effective for decks that rely on abilities, whether they be graveyard recursion or pings. Also manages to slow down the opponent a great deal... assuming he's not also playing an ability deck.

this card goes great in any rebel deck, since you don't have to cast them lol

if you prefer this enchatment in blue, i'd advise to use Arcane Laboratory.

No, the lions are players. They're holding their hands like that because they feel helpless and they're unable to help the creatures, or "small-glowing-guy"s, who are in combat. Duh.
Just kidding, I have no clue what's happening.

While a lot of cards from Mirrodin went up in rarity after reprint (Loxodon Warhammer, Vulshok Morningstar), this one went down in rarity :/
