nope.avi is right. It's so strange how such a good card is not actually that good for elves. That said, this card could probably work well in a green deck with elf support (Llanowar Elves, Arbor Elf, etc.).

@KrosanGardener:
Imperious Perfect is just as easy to lightning bolt right away as Magistrate is without it having any effect on the game. Whereas after you get an untap with Magistrate, she can effectively become immune to most burn just by targeting herself once. I've often enough used this to protect her in games where I knew the opponent's only ma-ss removal was stuff like pyroclasms and earthquakes.

The Onslaught elves were very reliant on tapping and having lots of themselves in play. As a result, they never got very good. "Oh, you play a Timberwatch elf? That'll be a lot of trouble for me unless--oh, yup, I can just cast shock." Compare this car with Imperious Perfect, for example, which might have a smaller effect after a few turns have passed, but immediately provides extra damage.

This card will be insane with Joraga Warcaller, as long as there are no changes to it.

awsome card. yes if it dies to something like lightning bolt the moment after you cast it your screwed. but thats why i would have my Joraga Warcaller in play first to effectively negate any burns. and then use this to masivly pump him (because wich would you rather, pump everything or just one creature?) all the wile rhys the redeemed is almost dubling all the tokens i play.
