This card's ability seems uncharacteristically overpowered until you notice the Storm Crow perched on the gate.

compared to Fighting Chance or its effect in general, that's a cheap and handy card.
you don't have to take great care of your creature's toughnesses unless you're playing against a burn deck or Doran, the Siege Tower.

I absolutely LOVE this card in my exalted deck along with, of course, Wall of Denial for defense and Silent Arbiter to essentially lockdown combat in my favor.. 5/5

This is awesome in my Vigilance deck. Can anyone say free swings? 4/5

This card should be an agression enabler, but you are in danger of stalling for a play when you draw it. Combo this card with Mark of Asylum and your creatures will only be vulnerable to defensive combat damage. As both are two drops it could be a pretty early game advantage. You will still get smashed by a turn 2 Watchwolf but hey, you choose your battles!

Good for goblin decks that doesn't want to lose their Piledrivers.

Absolutely devastating everytime it was played, yet it somehow remained non-broken.
