@Ghelmar: You are technically correct... the best kind of correct!

This could arguably be the weakest member of its cycle. Blue is not a strong colour in terms of dealing damage, and in the unlikely event that a blue deck *is* being stymied by a CoP:Blue, the colour is more than capable of bouncing it or tricking it.

I really, really like the art on this card. This art was new with 5th Edition, and while the 5th may have had some underwhelming cards in it, it also added some nice new pieces of art for old cards.
