A regrowth with the potential to be free? Kryptnyt, what the hell makes you think this card in particular should be recursible!? In a deck with Sensei's Divining Top, and all lands being forests, and in the alternate universe where this lacks an exile clause, you have the conditions for mono green Storm.

the exile kinda hurts it but only in certain decks.

That would be hard to argue clockworks, due to the fact elven is 2gg and this is 3g, plus an opportunity to untap all lands. 3.0
