What's with all the hate?
Sure, the creature's not that good, but the flavor is quite cool.
A sorrowful ghost, perfectly capturing that 
feeling of tainted light/innocence.
Looks like it came right out of a ghost film or haunted house. Very emotional.
At the very least it's ability provides food for Woeleecher.

Goes well with stuff like Power Conduit, Quillspike, Hungry Hungry Heifer. And once the -1/-1 counter is gone, you get a flyer that's bigger then either black or white tend to get for 3 mana. Especially black.

Flavor-wise, I really like this card. Gameplay-wise, there are certainly better white/black fliers. I still give it a 5/5.

Not great, but not as bad as you might think. An Edge can turn this guy into a serious threat. I like to throw him out, see what they do to him, then throw an edge on him. 2 damage turning into 5 damage is never fun to see.
