Decent, though honestly most decks that would want this might be better off with Silvergill Adept.

I love this card.

It can be played in either color without actually splashing.
Great Devotion Support for either color.
Fantastic Tribal support for blue because it's both a Merfolk and a Wizard.
Card draw for Green is good, and unlike Wall of Blossoms, this can attack.

Just not quite an exciting common in and of itself.
