The art is probably by Matthew Wilson and Chippy not by Chippy and Matthew Wilson.

@ Ameisenmeister - this card was printed 4 BLOCKS before Festering Goblin! So really, Hornet Harasser should have been given the revised mana cost, not this...

To match Festering Goblin it should have costed 2B. But it's still a nice and useful card.
