That guy ain't bad.
Without echo you have a wall for one turn and can divide two +1/+1 counters on your creatures. If you pay echo, you got a decent sized guy and the +1/+1 counters. Also good with any creatures that can make good use of +1/+1 counters (like Fertilid or Triskelionfor example). Also fun in decks with persist, since you can use the counters from this guy to remove the -1/-1 counters from guys of yours which persisted.
Not incredible, but has it's uses.

Any card that gives haste to your creatures, such as Fires of Yavimaya, will boost the Moa tremendously, given that you could attack the turn in comes into play for 2G, and add two +1/+1 counters to other creatures.
