Well that's an irritating card! I would like to see it with Fatespinner in a deck, just to really annoy people!

run with green artifact deck w/mana generating myrs, llanowar elves, etc.... and you can ignore the effect entirely!
Or, pull a white deck where all your creature have vigiliance!
Or, use in a deck with no creatures!
Or, run with naturalize to disrupt only your opponent's turn.
Unfortunately, my friends are the kind of people that would run this with indestructible and platinum angel .....
