"Not that useful" until you're getting bum-rushed by 7 goblins on turn three. Then it's one of the best cards in the game all of a sudden.

Black Tremor that also targets players and flying creatures, but requires an additional 1? Not that useful i guess...

@BegleOne: Yeah, well, Wood Elemental is also one of the best cards in the game when you happen to have been donated 25 forests the turn before.

Any card is good in the context of some oddly specific scenario which happens to make it good.

In the vast majority of cases, though, bad cards are bad. And that's okay! It's just good to acknowledge that they're bad.

@TheMurderauder Right, because being donated 25 forests and being attacked by a horde of 1/1 goblins are equally likely to happen in your average casual game. So yeah, totally not a bad comparison at all.
