Goes well with Goblin Spy... and I really don't understand why no one has ever mentioned that before >_>
Of course, Sensei's Divining Top allows you to dig for a Goblin, but Goblin Spy is a Goblin itself, and its ability is static, as opposed to Sensei's, which requires mana to pay.
Anyhow, Skirk Drill Sergeant can pull out some amazing thing from the top of your library on your third turn. I remember flipping a third turn Siege-Gang Commander when my opponent blocked my Raging Goblin

Use with Conspiracy (naming Goblins) and you can put any creature card into play...
That said, much more useful in goblin decks.
