I would gladly run it in black just to be a slightly larger ravenous rats.

Fixed Eternal Witness... with a signing bonus. The only drawbackof course, and it's severe most of the time, is the land requirement. But consider that a lot of decks in the eternal formats that run Eternal Witness are using it as a combo piece for when they have about 5 or 6 lands in play. This isn't hard to get off at all at that stage of the game.

The hedgemage cycle was pretty saucy. This little lady does a lot of work.

My favorite hedge mage: pure card advantage if its conditions are met, so, put it in as a four drop and use some search lands.

The effects are fantastic, and if you can set both of them off it's excellent card advantage.

@X3n05had3: Yes it would.
When HHM enters the battlefield, if you control a forest, a swamp, and an overgrown tomb, his first ability would say: "hey look, two swamps, I tink I'll activate", then his second ability would activate and say "hey look, two forests, I think I'll activate as well". Both abilites are independant of one another. Of course that means that if you cast him with 2 Overgrown tombs and a Birds of Paradise, both would activate as well.
