shoulda had a cantrip. As it is its a little underpowered.

If you have more creatures, are attacking with several unblocked creatures, are blocking with multiple little creatures ganging up on bigger creatures, or want to boost all your creatures toughness to save them from a mass damage spell, this can be good. But usually either the pump is too small or pumping your opponent's creatures as well is too much of a drawback.

I think the universal nature of the pump is rarely actually a problem, since unless you have a definitive creature advantage in numbers spells like this are suboptimal anyway and when you do, it basically makes no difference that a bunch of their 3/3s become 4/4s to block a handful of your 2/2 swarmers

This card occupies something of a design niche, I think. Obviously very conditional, a Giant Growth would be superior most of the time when it comes to damaging opponent. This is potentially fun as a counterspell to Earthquake-type effects.

Not sure why I would run this instead of overrun. Not sure if I would want this next to overrun either. I guess in limited it could be a late pick if you have a swarmy deck.
