Good card, but I have a couple of questions about Conspire: Does the copy gain the Conspire ability? And can I tap four or more creatures to copy the spell more than once? I've never played Shadowmoor before and I'm looking to place this in my Blue/Black EDH deck. So thanks to whomever replies with the answers.

Even without conspire, this is most of a Tome Scour with a more flexible cost.
With conspire, though, this can hit for big.

Mhhh, I like it and it works perfectly well - especially with Circu, Dimir Lobotomist for a 10-card-mill (you could call it substitute for Glimpse the Unthinkable as long as I don't have this amazing card...)! But I got a question:
Since it sais "As you play/cast this spell..." can my opponent tap/kill my creatures away before I get a chance to copy it?! Would be really helpful to know...^^
Best regards from Hamburg

I wouldn't say Tome Scour is flat out better.. It's a one card advantage, in return for a less versatile cost and less potential. Not to mention that Scour is a bratty kid erasing a spell book and this is two creepy merguys sluicing your memories.
Also, does Conspire really stack like that? That seems rather abusable.

like it cuz you can copy it just by tapping your creatures. great finisher, always a game winner for me in my deck.

Relentless rats after a good thruming stone on turn four and this is a huge mill
Turn one land, turn two land, turn three land, dark ritual, thruming stone, turn four relentless rats and thurmingstone trigger for at least 28 rats and throw with the one mana untaped Memory Sluice conspiring the 28 relentles rats for a 56 card mill on turn four.

This card is overpowered. Plain and simple.

This card should be rare and should cost close to 20$. Wizards of the Coast and their overpowered cards ;)
