Why would red punish empty hand? Red is the second fastet on emptying hand so it should punish big hands, not empty hands.

The Rack dominated Standard at one time. This only seems better; I'd take one more damage any day even if it hits myself too.

I have a red/black discard deck built around punishing people with low hand sizes. This would be perfect, but I doubt it's going cheap.
