Suntail Hawk is considered a good card in White, which gets tons on evasion. Green never gets evasion, which makes this guy all the more awesome.

One of the VERY few fliers for green. A one-drop flier for green should never be underestimated.

Scryb Ranger, Fire Sprite and this do capture the anti Oona tribe effect well.
