Funny way to tap an opponent's creatures.
Edit: Forgot that this would only create a regeneration "shield."

This little guy boasts an extremely powerful ability, and the flavor is honestly hysterical. His ability lets you destroy your little goblins and use all their leftover parts to rebuild any targeted creature on the battlefield. So lets go over some of the more powerful elements of the card.
A free sacrifice outlet is an extremely potent tool. If some one tries to steal a goblin, or target it with Oblivion Ring, you can simply sacrifice it in response, countering the spell or ability. If some nefarious opponent decides to play Massacre Wurm, attempting to eviscerate your army of 1/1 goblins, and deal you lethal damage, simply activate the Chirurgeon's ability and sacrifice all your goblins in response to the Wurm being cast. How about triggering Grave Pact? Everyone loves triggering the pact for free (probably none of your oponents). Once you consider each sacrifice nets you a regeneration shield, this really ...
