Reality:
Counters, Prevention or Stack life gain is this card's death bed
all in all 4/5 quite useful

I don't actually like this card. Cool as it is, the last thing I really want to do is make every other player on the board mad at me. It's not a bad finisher I guess though, but diplomatically it screws you surprisingly hard.

Subpar card in duels, absolutely devasting and hilarous in multplayer, especially if there are multiple players running multiple copies. In my group this was hitting 20 damage for 5 mana. And at instant speed. Yes please!
It's also fun to pretend you have one when there are multiple opponents sitting below 5 life. They'll do anything for you.

This card is a 4/5 people. 5 Damage to all players for the same cost as Lava Axe (minus the Black).
It's like looking at Terror and then Terminate. It gets better when you splice the other color.
I'd say this card is great in any game as long as you roll with a black/red deck
