Ah, old equipment...
While it isn't useless, Slagwurm Armor is probably a better choice, and +0/+1 counters don't get Simic and Morningtide bonuses.

The errata is lame! I was getting ready to put this in a Proliferate deck for massive toughness amping. but noooo, wizards had to go and be lame lol

I understand that this card is cheaper, and good at the thing it does, but if you're looking for a similar effect on a generally better card, try Hedron Matrix.
