Easily the most powerful devour critter.
devour 2 makes it significantly less likely to be card disadvantage, and haste & flying make it a beat stick.

a simply amazing card for any Jund deck, but i have found even more use in its burn deck potential, its a 4/4 devour 2 flying "i win the game" type of card. defiantly worth a play set!

I personally dont think that this card is as good as Flameblast Dragon, but i suppose it depends upon the deck your playing, I use a Red Blue Contol style deck running 3 Flameblast and 1 Predator Dragon, and unless i got loads of token's out i'll always prefer a Flameblast (dunno if that's just me because Flameblast = Control + Finisher lol)

what happens when it gets unsummoned? this card is all about timing because any kind of CC after you cast him and you screwed. especially if you eat half your creatures.

the devour is doble edged.

player A plays his dragon and sacrifices 4 creatures to give it +8/+8 he is left just with the dragon but is certain that a 12/12 flyer with haste will win him the game since the other player has 10 life and non of his creatures have flying, he prepares to attack with a smile on his face

Player B: DOOM BLADE

Player A is left with 0 creatures giving player B creature advantage

Player A: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.

Great game finisher. After devouring 8 creatures, i played wildsize. 22/22 flying, trample, haste, completley destroyed a deck. This card gets 5 stars from me.

put this guy and voracious dragon in with a mono red goblin deck.. usually when i pull them off they finish the game for me :)
