Regrowthing something is very useful. It really depends on what you're regrowing.
Eternal Witness is a powerful tool. The ability to blink it or recur it generates serious card advantage.
Nature's Spiral is ok, but can't get back instants or sorceries. If your deck has a lot of great permanents that are a lightning rod for removal or counterspells, this is still very useful.
Reclaim is cheaper, but you skip a draw step. Noxious Revival is similar, can be cast for free, and can mess up an opponent's draw step.
I just did a Gatherer search, and there are 487 multicolored Modern-Legal cards that are green or white. Progenitus is the only one on the list that can't be used with this card :P

In casual, it's essentially worse than Glittering Wish (not strictly in case your opponent can target the multicolored card with Haunting Echoes or something...)

In Alara Reborn, this targets EVERYTHING.
Every card in the set that isn't a basic land is multicolored.

I just made a weird setup with GloryScale Viashino... Doing Reborn Hope on a Reborn Hope(+3/+3) on the graveyard, then Reborn Hope(+3/+3) on Colossal Might, then Colossal Might(+3/+3 & +4/+2 and Trample) on Gloryscale...

With a little Gloryscale Viashino and Colossal Might this card is a beautiful thing...
Ok, ok, it is really attractive without those cards. But with them it is relativly easy to turn a Gloryscale into a 20/16 Trample!

This pretty much works like a Regrowth right now. Great card.

Just return your Naya Charm and tap all enemy creatures ^_^ Or, even better, return your Titanic Ultimatum for some overkill.

With multicolored cards, it's better than Nature's Spiral since it's not just permanent. So pretty much Regrowth.

I am think of this in my doran EDH deck, since it is effectively a regrowth.
