ALWAYS sideboard Cultivate if you are using this. Just in case you're up against a control deck.
Also
Turn 1: Forest, Llanowar Elves
Turn 2: Forest. On their turn at the end cast Harrow and then Ashcoat Bear
Turn 3: Forest. 5 mana turn 3. Cast a Garruk, Primal Hunter and get your nice 3/3 beast.
End of turn 3, your field is Garruk, Llanowar Elves, Ashcoat Bear, a 3/3 beast token and 4 lands.
Play in a Yeva deck, add in a few Silverhearts.
Done.

Can't think of a more perfect card for a land-centered block. Well, except Sakura-Tribe Elder (just make a functional reprint, Jesus! It can't be THAT hard to do). Harrow was always great, now it's awesome.

O harrow... So much potential in Zendikar.
However, might I suggest something?
Mind Funeral
EVERYone that runs green is going to have some harrows in their library. So? mill them to death with mind funerals =)
O? you don't have any land left in your library? Reeeeeeally?

one fundamental downside that my blue deck absolutely loves. countered... aww did you sack a land and get nothing? real shame that is. be careful with this card green players it'll hurt you in some games.

Nobody likes their Harrow cancelled.

Madawasp: Narrow Escape would not save your sacrificed land because the sacrifice happens as a cost to cast the spell, which resolves before the spell is placed on the stack. This is also the reason you still lose a land when it is countered.

Great for landfall, generally decent card, only drawback is that it has to be basic. Course it might be overpowered if you sacrificed your one forest for 2 reflecting pools or jungle shrines.

very high pick in ZZZ. In this block is probably as powerful as harrow will ever be

Agreed. Landfall 2 (sounds good as a verb) for 1 mana.

Any smart player will just Counterspell or Negate this, and you'll have wasted your land, your mana, and your card in hand. The good news is, it's an instant, unlike nearly every other ramp spell out there. It's best played on your opponents' turn in response to something he plays, especially in the first two or three turns of the game when he'll probably be tapped out.
