Should have cost 2W, but appart from that this isn't any worse than was typical for it's day, and is better then most cards from The Dark. No good by modern standards, of course. Hell, it was strictly bettered as far back as Visions with Warrior's Honor. And Army of Allah from a few sets befor this is better as well.

Not strictly better than Warrior's Honor: this can buff an enemy's assault against another enemy in multiplayer. Actually, the ability to do that is kinda unique since most buff-all things are automatically targeted on you.
