Fun fact:
With Glorious Anthem or a similar effect, you can pay (0) for each creature type you need to line up, and THEN pay the full mana you want to. That way, everyone gets the buff!

i can't believe no one had rated this card. also, this is probably amazing in token decks with some minor tribal interactions, like elf or sliver. the gain of a card makes up for the loss of a life.
