Not bad. Landhome-type abilitys are less of a drawback for blue than they are for other colors, and 5 power for 5 mana is good enough that outside of green it requires some kind of ballancing disadvantage.

I love this card so much more after watching Red Cliff. Flavourful and stuff.

I much prefer "Creature - Ships" to "Creature - Human Soldier".
