A little expensive, but if you can get a way to constantly untap this, it's a viable milling artifact.

Don't forget you can use this to thin your own deck, especially if you know what's coming via scry-like abilities and spells.

Crystal ball doesn't exile your cards but scryes two... although you can used this on your opponent to mill

All we need is for a few more cards like Misthollow Griffin to come out and then this card becomes a certifiable beast.
