It WAS nice back in the day. Key words: back in the day. You're not going to get away with paying 3 mana for this nowadays.

This particular version is one of my favorite pieces of magic art. It fits the old blue cards so perfectly. The whole card feels like it's made out of water. Really cool.

Disruptive Student (and later, Disruptive Pitmage,) outclass this, but it must've been pretty nice back in the day.
