There's plenty of 2/1 goblins for 1R that have decent abilities like Goblin Shortcutter, Grotag Siege-Runner, and Slavering Nulls (and those are just in standard) making this card a pretty poor choice. Also the art is terrible.

I refuse to call any low-cost goblin crappy, unless they are truly terrible. Goblin decks have so many powerful effects that this guy is simply one more piece of fodder.

It's ok WoTC. We won't mind if you stop reprinting it. The only good thing about this card is the creature type.
