"I play Thelon's Chant. Then I Mind Bend that swamp to (insert opponent's land here)."
Later...
"Oh, you played that land. -1/-1 token? Okay. Proliferate. Proliferate. Proliferate."

In the realm of color screw, this is pretty weak, particularly against black since they can spawn little guys with things like Breeding Pit or just sacrifice their creatures for mana.
Do yourself a favor and pick up a Lifeforce instead.

@ psyklone,
I don't think you can choose the latter. If you have no creatures, there's nothing to put the counter on, and it says it does the damage UNLESS you put the counter on a creature... Doesn't seem to be a choice situation.

Wow, even the harsh color hosers are ridiculously janky and weird in Fallen Empires.

Bah, color-hosers... never much fun, even back then, and this thing didn't even perform that task too well.

...Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, after you've dropped your mana base?

Don't think of it as a sideboard color screw, think of it as an undying enabler in a B/G deck. Maybe not the best way to do it, but it could be fun.
Get Mikaeus, the unhallowed out and you can keep those creatures undying with every swamp.
