I've been playtesting this.. my weakest drop with this so far has been 12 damage worth of dudes - highest was 60. Not to be underestimated in any artificing wizard's arsenal.

as has been said, this is best used in esper colors. however, its place needs to be taken by sharuum the hegemon for the mirror match, no fun bringing your opponent's stuff back too =/

1) Mill yourself (within reason) with the Grinding Station combo.
2) Watch your opponent's perplexed look.
3) Play Open the Vaults.
4) Laugh uncontrollably.

Costs a -LOT- but worth the look on your opponent's face.
Hope they don't have a Shatterstorm or two with them.

This thing is so amazing seriously. I have one in my Artifact deck, but I would love to get one more to bring back my Propaganda's, Equilibrium's and Worship's in my BlueWhite Control.

I would think that Open the Vaults would have to resolve before the Nexus leaves the graveyard, so it wouldn't have Cascade.

I believe Snakeform will put Darksteel Colossus in the graveyard and leave him there. He won't have his ability until he's already in the graveyard and because it's a replacement effect it will never activate. Convoluted combo just to get a fatty in a graveyard however. Just stick with Inkwell Leviathan

@Nickkom: I'd say not. Open the Vaults has to resolve before anything comes back, so it wouldn't remain on the stack while all your artifacts and enchantments get rezzed.
