No, no it isn't. Conceptually I like this guy, but...he's bad. I mean, he's not atrocious, but come on. He's pretty bad.

I like the art, but the card sucks. :|
If you could use it's ability without having to tap it, then it would be playable.

It's Blaze plus a body at instant speed for +4 mana.

So... I guess it's okay. Unfortunately outclassed by power creep.
