Do enchantments stay out on the field until my oppenent uses a spell to cancel it and if so do i keep getting 0/1 creatures until that card is in the graveyard.

Nuisance Engine is a better sac token provider. 
mana cheaper, is colorless, and has no upkeep cost.
Puppet Conjurer can also be an effective token generator.
