Actually, you can run 20 legit 3pt 1cc burn spells in a Burn deck - Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Rift Bolt, Lava Spike, and Shard Volley. The only 3pt 1cc burn spell not worth playing is Sonic Seizure, which forces you to randomly discard a card.

This is basically a sorcery version of Lightning Bolt, since your opponent will most likely not have untapped red man. Which allows for 8 three damage, one mana spells.

He means since you can only run for of any card in your deck, you can run 4 of these and four lightning bolts.

Please explain what you mean by that 8 three damage, one mana spells.... your opponent has to fire the Chain Lightning back at you to continue the exchange of 3 damage.....right?

Not 8, but 16 rather. You can't forget Rift Bolt and Lava Spike (pretty janky, but it does what it needs to in straight burn, and that's hit the dome).
