Sorcery?
I don't think anybody ever actually learned to play with Three Kingdoms, but if they did they're probably a tad bit confused on some things...

Yeah, what gives? I paid one more mana for that 'heavy' adjective, and I want some extra power! At least tap a creature out or something...

One would expect a "Heavy Fog" to do more or better things than a Fog. Well, this variant costs more and is less flexible because you timely warn your opponent not to play his Giant Growth, simply ridiculous. Not that I play MTGO, but why the heck is this in Masters Ed. III?

"Play Heavy Fog only after you're attacked, before you declare blockers"
....... It's a sorcery. They effectively made it so you cannot play this card. Unless you have some way to play a sorcery as an instant.

It's a good thing they made this card a sorcery - if it had been an instant, it would have been confusing to new players. :-/

Instead of having instants, the set this is originally from had only sorcery's and sorcery's that could be player like an instant. For some reason, they thought this would make it less confusing to new players.
