Am I the only one who thinks it's ridiculous that you can be safe from a massive earthquake as long as you are sitting on a horse?

@DarthParallax: Check again. This is the Masters Edition III printing of this card. And Masters Edition III is a set with flying, so there are flying creatures for this to hit. Also, Portal had flying. It's only the Portal Three Kingdoms set that doesn't have flying.

It DOES damage creatures with flying because horsemanship is not flying. Perhaps one day they will bring back horsemanship and we will get reprints of this and Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed.

the wierd thing is, all of you are right, including test subject.
it CAN hit creatures with flying, but it WOULDN'T because Portal didn't HAVE flying, so no flying creatures to hit. Portal was mostly a 'safe' Block, but this particular card is broken and should be Restricted.
