What a waste of a perfectly good shovel.

This card mostly helps as an early 2/2 blocker.
I held many at bay with two of these guys out in a draft I went to.
Not a wonderful card, but it certainly isn't horrible.

Even if it can't attack for a while, it can be still useful as an early defender.

@noob: he only loses "can't attack" he doesn't actually gain "can attack"
if it was "can attack if" then yeah‚ functional haste‚ haste itself reads "can attack"

ZEvilMustache, it's not Chandra's goblin because if you read Purifying Fire, she hates goblins. Which is why it's hilarious her Duals of the Planeswalkers deck is a goblin deck.

Should be a pirahna. That would fit the flavour text better.

Now that Goblin Fireslinger has been printed, this is actually a fun goblin at common. I have a deck with four of each, along with plenty of burn, and some goblin grenades. It works wonders. Too bad those two goblins only have 3 months with each other...

This makes me want a red anti-Ajani's Mantra enchantment. I love how it ties to Chandra Nalaar. Why not just call it Chandra's Goblin?
