pretty cool, I personally like necrotic sliver (vindicate on a stick) better than this one, but turning all of your slivers into a shock on a stick is definitely handy in a lot of situations.

This card has won me scores of games. Being able to fling your slivers to finish your opponent off is extremely useful.

Gives you the option of dealing with pests, and can be a strong finisher later. plus if your untapped and they wrath, could at least get 4-6 points of damage out of it.

Probably best with Quick Sliver to leave your options open; for things like removal and wrath effects while having no drawback to sit with your mana open.
Strong in many scenarios.
