Seriously people this argument...
Teferi has been a character for a long time. This jokes about how he would manipulate time. In Time Spiral, he came back specifically for that reason. That's his theme, has been since before his Time Spiral card.
Kind of amazes me that this is a common, though, considering its power and that it basically features the protagonist of a whole block.

@getz19: Not really. This "spell" summons a Disruptive Student from the Academy. That can be ANY student. The art just happens to show Teferi because he is a character. It's better than just showing some random person.

Ahh yes, I can see it now, 4 of this and 4 Venerated Teachers in a U,R level up/prolif deck. Catch a nasty beat down by an aging Teacher, his bad a** kids in class and 4 Kargon Dragonlords and other fun stuff of course.. Not a horrible idea for some casual fun..
