Stuffy Doll is my best suggestion, but you need to combine this with something to make it good.

Heh, with deep-slumber titan, he becomes a real life mogg jailer's secret pa$sword.

This guy isn't too bad if you have something like Stuffy doll in play.

A neat little card in constructed. I would hate to draft him though...
The biggest trouble is that if you're using him as an aggressive 2 drop then his upkeep usually amounts to sacrificing a creature and late game he's not that impressive.

The best non-specific thing to to pair this with is a wall, because walls have enough toughness to survive, don't care about taking damage on your own turn as they won't be blocking, and are cheap so that you can play both them and Spiteful Bully early.

Doesn't look too bad if you're playing with Swans of Bryn Argoll - 3 more free cards a turn is useful. You also get a 3/3 for out of it :-D
Similarly, could be played with Phytohydra or Protean Hydra for more fun with things that love being hurt.

Stuffy Doll and Bad Moon both come to mind. With +1/+1/, wouldn't he survive his own damage?

You don't need a combo to play this. As long as you have a large creature you can deal it 3 damage and move on. Of course that will make that creature more vulnerable, but the creatures power will still be what it was at least.

Put him in a deck with a bunch of creatures you hate. Then watch him punch them into oblivion.
